Ingredients
- 1 bn turnip greens
- 2 tbsp butter
- kosher salt
- fresh ground black pepper
Instructions
- Melt the butter over medium heat. When it starts to bubble add start adding the greens.
- Season and turn the greens in the pan using tongs. As the greens cook and reduce in volume add more fresh greens. When all the greens have been added and are just about cooked, remove them from the heat and serve immediately.
