Ingredients
- 9 oz butter, softened
- 9 oz powdered sugar
- 2 eggs
- 18 oz all-purpose flour
Instructions
- Cream butter and sugar together in a mixer.
- Add the eggs one at a time until combined. Scrape the bowl well in between adding eggs. It's OK if the mixture looks curdled at this point.
- Add the flour and mix until just combined.
- Split into two pieces and refrigerate until needed. Let the dough warm slightly before using if refrigerated.
